Booking Terms
These booking terms apply to all bookings made with Hike Morocco. By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Your Agreement
When you book a trip with Hike Morocco, your contract is directly with the local tour provider delivering the experience. Hike Morocco acts as an intermediary to facilitate your booking.
All bookings are made from within the United Kingdom, and this contract is governed by UK law.
Payment & Cancellations
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made 2 months before departure will receive a refund, minus any non-refundable costs incurred.
- Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
- No credits or future booking transfers will be provided.
Changes & Refunds
- If the tour provider cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), you will be offered either:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A full refund.
- If you choose not to attend for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Travel Insurance & Liability
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
- Hike Morocco and its providers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your trip.
Fitness & Participation
- You must ensure that you are physically fit and adequately prepared for the trip.
- If you have any medical conditions that could impact your participation, you must inform us before booking.
Assumption of Risk
Outdoor adventures involve inherent risks, including changing weather, difficult terrain, and other natural hazards. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Our guides will always prioritise safety, but it is your responsibility to follow instructions and act responsibly.
Complaints & Disputes
- If you have any concerns during your trip, please inform your guide immediately so that we can address them.
- Any disputes will be subject to the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
